Return Policy for Refurbished and Used Products

Thank you for shopping with XXL RACING sim racing expert®. We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. For our refurbished / used products we have specific return conditions and warranty policies as stated on the product page, which are described below:

1. Limited Warranty

• Warranty Duration: All refurbished/used products come with a limited warranty of 0 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific product and the agreements made. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase of the product.
• What does the Warranty cover?: This warranty only covers defects present at the time of delivery that are due to faulty materials or manufacturing.

2. No Returns upon Collection

• Collected Products: For refurbished / used products that are collected from our showroom, all customers have the opportunity to thoroughly test the product. After testing and collecting the product, returns or exchanges are not possible. By collecting the product, you confirm that the product meets your expectations.

3. Returns upon Delivery

• Return Policy: If you have received a refurbished/used product via shipping and would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the product is in the same condition as it was received. The product must be undamaged and all accessories must be included in the original packaging.
• In case of return of refurbished / used products, other than due to defects that are under warranty, we charge, without exception, restocking costs of 20% of the purchase price. We will deduct these costs from the refund amount.
• Returns Process: To submit a return request, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
• Return costs: The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the model on our website.

4. Refunds

• Refund Period: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 30 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

• Damage from Use: Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications to the product is not covered under warranty and is not eligible for return or refund.
• Specific Products: Some refurbished products purchased online may be excluded from return depending on their nature and condition.
