Return and Refund Policy – XXL RACING sim racing expert® – online sales
1. Cancel before shipping
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. If your order is already on its way or delivered, you can of course make use of your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt (see section 2).
To cancel, please send an email to support@xxlracing.nl with your request.
If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Returns or exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The original invoice is included and has not been altered or damaged
- The product is undamaged and shows no signs of use
- The product has only been inspected in the same way as would be possible in a physical store
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- You notify us of your return in writing via email
If a product is returned used or damaged, we may deduct any loss in value from the refund amount or refuse the return.
Exception:
Personalised, custom made or pre-built products cannot be returned.
3. Restocking fee
For returns that are not the result of a defect, we charge a small restocking fee of 9% (with a minimum of €7). This helps cover part of the processing, packaging and shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Return shipment – costs & risk
- We recommend sending the package insured and with track & trace.
- We can only proceed with a refund once we have actually received the returned product.
- The costs and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Personal returns are possible by appointment only.
5. Refunds
When your return meets the conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product. We use the same payment method as your original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty on defective items
Do you have a defective product or a complaint? Please contact us at support@xxlracing.nl. We will review your report as soon as possible.
- Statutory warranty applies.
- Warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original invoice and/or order number.
- No warranty in case of:
- Damage caused by incorrect use or installation
- Commercial use (such as rental)
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Normal wear and tear due to use
Where possible, we will first send parts for self-repair. If that is not sufficient, the product may be repaired or returned to the manufacturer.
7. Delivery and receipt
Please check your package immediately upon delivery for any damage:
- In case of visible damage: refuse delivery and note this on the delivery receipt
- Report damage or issues as soon as possible by email
- If delivery is accepted without noting damage, we unfortunately cannot reimburse return shipping costs
Damage report within 24 hours
Any visible damage to the packaging or product must be reported to XXL RACING by email within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos. If not reported within this period, we will assume the product was delivered in good condition. This provision does not affect your statutory warranty or right of withdrawal.
Missing parts
Missing parts or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 72 hours of receipt by email with photos or a description. Reports made after this period may not be accepted for review.
Uncollected or refused packages
If an order is not collected from a pickup point or is refused at the door without a valid reason, the shipping costs and return shipping costs will be charged or deducted from the refund amount.
Proof of delivery
Once an order has been registered as delivered by the carrier (track & trace or signature), the package is considered received. From that moment, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
If the shipment has been delivered to an incorrect address by the carrier, an investigation will be initiated using the courier’s delivery location tag.
8. Additional shipping costs
If you miss a delivery appointment or refuse a non defective product at the door, additional freight charges may apply.
