The Thrustmaster T818 Servo Base Black Edition is the next generation Direct Drive wheelbase for serious sim racers looking for precision, realism and performance. Powered by a 10 Nm Direct Drive Force Feedback motor, it delivers lightning fast response times and completely unfiltered Force Feedback, allowing you to feel every bump, kerb, loss of grip and weight transfer exactly as intended.
This updated T818 Black Edition (V2) features an optimized motor design and reinforced connectors for improved durability and long term reliability. Designed exclusively for PC (Windows 10 & 11), the wheelbase integrates seamlessly with the complete Thrustmaster ecosystem of racing wheels, pedals and accessories.
10 Nm Direct Drive Force Feedback Without Compromise
The T818 delivers a constant 10 Nm of torque without saturation or power loss. Every Force Feedback effect remains detailed and consistent, even during long endurance races or the most demanding driving situations.

Aerospace Grade Quick Release
Thanks to the upgraded Quick Release system, you can swap compatible Thrustmaster steering wheels in just seconds. The mechanism is manufactured from high quality materials inspired by aerospace engineering, creating an exceptionally rigid connection without unwanted flex or play.
The included Quick Release Adapter also ensures compatibility with previous generation Thrustmaster steering wheels.

Dynamic RGB LED Lighting
The front of the wheelbase features a fully customizable RGB LED strip. Using the My Thrustmaster Panel software, you can personalize colours, brightness and lighting effects.
In supported racing titles, the LEDs can also display telemetry information such as:
- RPM
- Flags
- Pit Limiter
This provides valuable visual feedback while allowing you to keep your eyes focused on the track.
Designed for Cockpits and Desks
The T818 features four integrated mounting points, making it compatible with most sim racing cockpits. If you race from a desk, the optional Desk Mounting Kit offers a secure installation, while the optional Cockpit Mounting Kit is available for selected racing rigs.
